I feel much more confident in my ability to articulate the skills I bring to the table as well as highlight the achievements I’ve made at work. It can be easy to diminish what we accomplish, even if we do receive praise from our circles, but having someone like Julien who can help reconceptualize your words into impact is a game changer. 

What I like most about coaching is getting a fresh perspective on things. I get feedback and thoughts that I wouldn’t get from trusted colleagues or family because they’re too close or emotionally invested. Having an impartial sounding board helps to validate certain feelings or reflect on the scenarios I bring forward differently.

Julien is incredibly easy to talk to. From our first session, he provides a warmth that made me comfortable with opening up and truly voicing my ambitions and concerns as they relate to my current goals.
